At CSS Group, sustainability is built into how we source, produce, and deliver. Our supply chain practices are guided by responsibility, transparency, and continuous improvement—ensuring that every product we provide reflects not only performance and quality, but also respect for people and the planet.
We partner with manufacturers who share our commitment to ethical production, fair labour standards, and environmentally responsible operations. From materials selection to logistics, we prioritize traceability, reduced waste, and long-term collaboration with suppliers who invest in cleaner, smarter methods of manufacturing.
Our sustainability goals focus on three key areas:
- Responsible Sourcing: Expanding partnerships with suppliers certified under recognized environmental and social frameworks such as ISO 14001, WRAP, and BSCI.
- Material Innovation: Increasing the use of recycled, renewable, and low-impact materials across our product lines.
- Operational Efficiency: Reducing emissions and waste in packaging, transportation, and program fulfillment through smarter logistics and data-driven planning.

We expect all suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers in our network to uphold the same standards of ethics, safety, and environmental responsibility that define our organization.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct is guided by internationally recognized principles, including the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the UN Global Compact, and industry-specific standards for responsible business practices.
We require that our suppliers:
- Operate Ethically and Transparently: Conduct business with honesty, integrity, and accountability in all dealings.
- Protect Workers’ Rights: Provide safe, fair, and respectful working conditions—free from discrimination, harassment, and forced or child labour.
- Respect Environmental Responsibilities: Comply with environmental laws, minimize waste, manage chemical use responsibly, and work toward reducing emissions.
- Ensure Product Compliance: Meet all applicable safety, performance, and certification standards (e.g., NFPA, ASTM, CSA, ISO).
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing efforts to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability across all stages of production.
