What You’ll Do
You’ll own the look and feel of Urban Tactical across every touchpoint. From retail floor graphics to digital campaigns, your work will directly influence how customers experience the brand.
- Create high-impact visuals for retail signage, promotions, and in-store experiences
- Design for digital—social, email, website, and paid campaigns
- Bring product stories to life through strong, tactical design
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to execute campaigns that convert
- Keep our brand sharp, consistent, and evolving
- Turn ideas into execution—quickly, efficiently, and with purpose
What You Bring
You’re not just creative—you’re decisive. You know good design, and you move fast.
- Strong portfolio that shows bold, clean, and effective design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of retail design, branding, and customer psychology
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfortable taking direction—but confident enough to push back when needed
- Experience in retail, tactical, or e-commerce environments is a strong asset
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with product photography or basic video/content creation
- Understand the Urban Tactical customer and can design with intent
- Stay ahead of trends but know when to ignore them
