What You’ll Do:
- Be the guardian of safety on the range—ensuring all guests follow proper firearm handling and range protocols
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable guidance to customers of all experience levels
- Conduct safety briefings and assist with range orientation
- Monitor range activity and respond quickly and calmly to any issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional range environment
- Support customers with equipment, questions, and overall experience
What You Bring:
- Valid RPAL (Restricted Possession and Acquisition Licence) – required
- Strong knowledge of firearms safety, handling, and range operations
- A customer-first attitude—you enjoy helping people and making them feel comfortable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- High level of responsibility, awareness, and attention to detail
Bonus Points If You:
- Have previous experience as a Range Safety Officer or in a similar role
- Enjoy teaching or coaching new shooters
