Role Overview
The Sales | Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships across CSS Group’s brands and sales channels. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing long-term partnerships with B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries

Develop and manage relationships with key B2B customers and partners

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions

Prepare quotes, proposals, and account documentation

Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts

Support contract renewals, program expansions, and long-term agreements

Represent CSS Group at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
