Role Overview
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting day-to-day fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and material flow across CSS Group’s brands and sales channels. This role helps ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately to support retail, e-commerce, and B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and put away inbound inventory

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately across multiple brands

Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy

Label, organize, and stage outbound shipments

Process returns and restock products

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Assist with inventory transfers between locations or channels

Communicate damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the operations team
